On arrival in the country you may be asked to show you have sufficient funds to support your stay and that you have an onward ticket.

Our guides have deep roots in the areas they operate. In practical terms this means they have a net work of friends and colleagues every where you go. Knowledge of animal behavior means Our guides know when it is safe to approach and when it’s better to keep a distance. Guides scout terrain and wildlife before your arrival and during your stay in the back country.

Our safari and duties as a Company

Our Safari vehicles are well stocked with bottled water. Hotels, lodges and camps provide bottled water too. When hikking on mountains we provide filtered water. Part of our job is to inspect the hotels where guest stay for the safari. We pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen staff, and food stuffs.  Flying doctors and knight support are on call 24hours a day and 365 days a year. Staff includes paramedics, trauma doctors, and nurses.

These organizations maintain 24hrs contact by direct radio, telephone, and fax to provide emergency evacuation for jewel safari's guests to regional hospitals in the event of an emergency. It is necessary for you to cancel your trip within the 50 days of your departure, or to discontinue your trip once it has begun, you will lose a significant portion of your investment.
