14 DAYS UGANDA WILDLIFE SAFARI

Day 1: Airport pickup
Meet at the Airport dinner and overnight at cassia lodge in Kampala.

Day 2: Entebbe / Kampala - Murchison Falls National Park.
After breakfast drive to Zziwa Rhino sanctuary for Rhino viewing, proceed to Murchison Falls National Park stopping in Masindi for lunch. You will visit the top of the falls and check in at Sambiya River Lodge or Red Chili Camp. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 3: Game viewing and wildlife seeing in Murchison Falls
Go for an early morning game drive. In the afternoon take a boat cruise on River Nile up to the bottom of the falls, you may see various water birds like the rare shoebill and animals like hippos and crocodiles. You will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 4: Murchison falls to Kibale/Fort Portal
You will have an early morning game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and then drive to Fort Portal. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge/ Kanyanchu Bandas

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking in Uganda-Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast you will go for chimpanzee tracking, return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon you will visit Bigodi Swamp Eco site sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge

Day 6: Kibale - Semliki Valley Wildlife Reserve.
This valley is known as the “Garden of Eden” and has a magnificent view of the River Semliki meandering to Lake Albert. You will stop to visit a local farmer and have a brief tour of his farm then take your picnic lunch at the hot water springs arriving at the Lodge in the afternoon.
In the late evening, have a game drive which may reveal herds of Uganda Kob, Waterbuck, Reed Buck, several monkey species as well as lots of bird opportunities.
This evening you will dine and stay at the Semliki Safari Lodge. This is a high-end, low impact safari lodge set amid 550 square kms of game reserve. All rooms with private facilities. Dinner and over night at Semliki Safari Lodge (High-end accommodation )or Camping (Low budget/basic accommodation). Full Board.

Day 7: Semliki Valley
After breakfast, you will experience a day of real discovery. Early morning Chimpanzee tracking in the Gallery Forest of the Mugiri River and then afterwards go and visit a local community in the foothills of the Rwenzoris - the inhabitants are looking forward to welcoming and entertaining you. After touring the area, you will have lunch and later go for a boat trip on Lake Albert in search for the Shoebill returning to the Lodge in the evening. Dinner and over night at Semliki Safari Lodge (High-end accommodation )or Camping (Low budget/basic accommodation). Full Board.

Day 8: Semliki National Park and Queen Elizabeth Park
After breakfast you will visit Semuliki National park to the see the hot springs and if possible the pygmies and other primates. Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Dinner and overnight at mweya safari lodge/mweya hostel

Day 9: Boat cruising and game viewing in Queen Elizabeth
You will go for an early morning game drive and in the afternoon you will take a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 10: Queen Elizabeth National Park. - Bwindi.
You will go for an early morning game drive. During the drive you will be able to see various animals like the lions, elephants, Uganda cobs and so many others. After the drive you will return to the lodge for breakfast and then lunch. After lunch you will drive to Bwindi forest national park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp

Day 11: Uganda Gorilla tracking - Bwindi Forest
Gorilla tracking activity begins very early in the morning. After an early morning breakfast you will go for gorilla tracking. During tracking you will be able to see other primates like l’hoest monkey, black and white colobus monkey, red tailed monkey and many others. In the evening you will go for a guided nature walk. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla resort/Buhoma community bandas

Day 12: Bwindi - Lake Mburo National Park
Full day at the lake, visiting the different islands on the lake, take a boat ride and then visit the Batwa pygmies. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 13: Lake Mburo - Kampala - Jinja.
After breakfast, proceed to Kampala having a stop to look at the Equator for souvenirs and then proceed to Jinja arriving in the evening. Dinner and over night at the

Day 14: Jinja - departure
After breakfast, you will go to visit the source of the Nile and the spectacular Bujjagali falls. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport to later catch your flight back home depending on the International flight departure times.
